INSURANCE

Strange Orthodontics gladly accepts most insurance policies including:

Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)
Benefit plans where members may go to any provider they choose, or any one of a number of listed preferred providers.

Indemnity Plans
Traditional insurance where an insurance company or administrator provides service payment for the price of a monthly premium paid by you or your employer. Any provider accepting the plan may provide services.

Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO) Managed Care Plans
Allows a member to use a DHMO network dentist or to seek care from a dentist not in the HMO network. Although we do not participate in any HMO insurance programs, please come by to discuss your plan. Many times there is little to no difference in our fees as compared to an HMO.

Government Managed Care Programs
The state of Virginia offers various managed care programs for low-income individuals. Strange Orthodontics is proud to say that we provide care to individuals enrolled in all Virginia managed care programs.

Strange Orthodontics Individual/Family Plans
Allows individuals/families to use Strange Orthodontics orthodontic services broken down monthly without interest. All individuals currently without dental insurance are eligible for this plan.

Individuals currently without dental insurance are encouraged to visit. We offer no interest flexible payment plans to ensure that no one is left behind.
